Matthew Podolsky was successful in obtaining a loan modification for me in a relatively short time. He accomplished what my first attorney could not. Matthew explained things to me very carefully and thoroughly. He inspires confidence and calm and his genuine concern is refreshing. As a professional he. Is absolutely top drawer. I highly recommend him.
