I wanted to take some time to check in and give my review of Florida Law Advisers, P.A., and in particular Jordan Finley. After months of agonizing over what direction to take in helping me with my financial situation I spoke with an attorney from a different firm and came to the conclusion that my best option was to file bankruptcy. This was not a decision I took lightly especially because I owned a property back home and could not afford to lose it by filing. I was told by the previous attorney that my only option if I wanted to keep my property was to file chapter 13 at a much higher cost. After giving it some thought I decided to get a second opinion and that’s when I found Jordan Finely of Florida Law Advisers, P.A. Right from the beginning I found Jordan to be extremely knowledgeable, professional, and nonjudgmental of my situation. In our conversations he assured me that I could file chapter 7 and keep my property. No matter how many questions I had he was always very up front and honest with his response. The process itself is very smooth as long as you provide the information that is required and if you have any questions he always responded in a timely manner. He guided me every step of the way and everything went exactly as he predicted. I also found their prices for filing to be very reasonable for the level of service they provide. Filing chapter 7 was not something I wanted to do but I am extremely grateful to have come across Jordan Finley and the Florida Law Advisers, P.A.
