Professional, Polite, and Friendly. Matthew was great to speak and work with in regards to setting up my case and managing a workable way to make payment. And for my case as it progressed, Sara in many cases “spelled” out what to expect. That was great and reassuring to help ease any anxieties over my case with having to appear in front of the judge. They both know there stuff! All forms of communications they were prompt to return. And any questions they were able to answer and guide me thru the steps. They had just as much emphases as I did, for a quick and final resolution to my case. I couldn’t be happier! I have to say in the beginning, I was skeptical like most. I prematurely worried about feeling like and being treated like just another number. Though as my case progressed It was clear, that was not the case. And Matthew & Sara put focus and effort towards acknowledging that I am a person also. I highly recommend them to anyone who is in need of their services.
